real experience
Hi, I’m Ria, founder of Ria’s Interiors.
I’ve spent the last five years working in the blinds, curtains and shutters industry, helping customers choose the right products for their homes and carrying out full house surveys on new build developments.
What I learned very quickly is that choosing window dressings is much easier because you can see the options in your own home. The light, the room, the furniture and the way you actually use the space all matter.
That is why I started Ria’s Interiors.
A showroom experience, without the showroom visit. When I arrive in Luther, our fully electric Ria's Interiors van, I bring fabric books, blind samples, shutter finishes and BlindScreen® options to your home, so you can see what works in your own rooms and your own light.
There is no pressure and no pushy sales approach. Just honest advice, careful measuring and a service built around you from the first visit to final fitting.
Before starting Ria’s Interiors, I also ran Ria’s Ears, a small local business that many people may remember. Through that business, we were proud to donate nearly £5,000 to Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall in Peterborough and traded at major events, including Glastonbury. That experience taught me a lot about customer service, trust and attention to detail, and those same values now sit at the heart of Ria’s Interiors.
We also treat your home with care. Our fitter uses separate indoor shoes for inside appointments and takes pride in leaving the working area clean and tidy.
If you are looking for curtains, blinds, shutters or BlindScreen® for bifold doors, patio doors or large glazed areas, I’ll help you choose the right option for your home, with honest advice on what will look good, work well and feel right in your space.
We also offer selected evening and weekend appointments.
And if you spot two rescue dogs in some of our photos, that’s Breeze and Carlos Alberto. They don’t fit blinds, but they do keep the office cheerful.
