Measuring and Fitting
Most problems with blinds come from the measuring, not the blind. A few millimetres out and a recess blind catches on the frame or leaves a gap of light down one side. That is why we do the measuring ourselves and never ask you to.
Windows are rarely perfectly square, especially in older Boston properties. We measure each one at several points and decide with you whether the blind should sit inside the recess or over it.
The person who fits your blinds works with us, not through a third party. Brackets are fixed properly, blinds are levelled and checked, and the packaging goes with us.
If a plainer or less expensive blind will do the job better, we say so. We would rather you came back to us for the next room than felt talked into something.

We measure the whole house in a single visit, help you keep the finishes consistent from room to room, and arrange fitting around your move-in date. Where access allows, we can measure before you complete so the blinds are ready when you are. The same applies if you are refreshing an established home: several rooms, one visit, one fitter.
