We bring the showroom to you. Ria comes with the sample books, blind samples, shutter finishes and Blind Screen® options, so you choose against your own walls and in your own light, and you deal directly with Ria from the first visit to the finished fitting.

1. Every window measured accuratelyRecess depths and squareness checked, obstructions like handles, tiles and radiators noted, and the right fitting method decided window by window. Where blackout matters, the recess shape and fitting position are considered as part of the measuring.
2. A clear written quote, no pressureYour quote covers the products, measuring, delivery and professional fitting. The measuring and the visit are free, with no obligation and no pushy follow-up.
3. Walls, drilling and fixings, without guessworkThe right fixing for each wall type and frame, and an honest answer if you would rather nothing was drilled into new frames or walls at all.
4. Careful, tidy fitting, down to the house shoesOur fitter keeps a separate pair of indoor shoes just for customers’ homes, uses dust sheets where needed, takes the packaging away and checks and demonstrates every blind, curtain and shutter before he leaves. If anything ever needs attention afterwards, we come back.
